Advanced Placement

I'm going to tell you right now what I think of Advanced Placement classes.
Although they help people get into college...they are sooooooooo stressful.
Seriously. You work your ass off all year to just stress out at the end and freak out until the test is over. I came into AP 2-D second semester of my senior year filling up my senior schedule and adding my THIRD art class. And I had so much fun...until the third project. And then everything went downhill. Half way through I had a total emotional breakdown freaking out that if I couldn't handle AP 2-D how was I going to handle this in college. Workloads are so much bigger and a lot more stressful. I am now finishing my portfolio right now. Everything is photographed and all I need is my slides now. My concentration pieces are done (even though I replaced project 3 with something else) and I finally have enough breadth pieces. My teacher will get me my slides tomorrow morning and I will be ready to complete my portfolio and go into my AP test on Friday.

Advanced Placement.
Thank God I'm Done.
